Careers

We like to think of ourselves as being a pretty unique company.

Compared to the multitude of outwardly-similar small business marketing agencies out there, we truly believe we have a different outlook on work, on life, and on business.

We're fortunate to work with some pretty unique customers, and deliver our marketing programs in unusual and unique ways. As a result, we only hire unique people.

Have you read Good To Great, the book by Jim Collins(If you haven't, then read it before you contact us). We're all about "First Who, Then What", and "Getting The Right People On The Bus."

We are constantly on the look out for like-minded individuals who can bring their talents and expertise to the table, and make a difference. We're looking for talented, forward-thinking people. People who can make a difference with their talents, experience, or expertise.

Does any of this sound like you? Then maybe we should talk.

We're always on the look-out for creative, talented individuals.
Especially in the areas of design, copywriting, and business development.

We operate in a 100% remote-working environment, communicating on marketing projects using a bunch of online collaborative tools.

We don't have time for prima donnas, and self-discipline is an absolute must-have if you're not going to spend your whole day in your PJs.

What sort of people are we looking for?

Variety

We work with a wide range of clients, from small 'one-man-bands', to start-ups, to global multinational organizations. You need to be able to work on a range of different projects all at the same time, and not freak-out. You need to be adaptable, flexible, and open to change. If you're looking for routine, then keep looking.

Responsibility

We're not looking for sheep. We're looking for people who can take direction and find creative and efficient ways to get there. We're looking for strong, self-disciplined individuals who can take the initiative, trust their gut-feelings, and who welcome the flexibility to implement their own ideas. If you're looking to work somewhere where people tell you what and how to do everything, then we're not that company.

Humor

Take your work seriously, but don't take yourself too seriously. We're going to be working closely together, so we need to get on - regardless of how good you are (or think you are). Humor is a big part of our day. It needs to be a big part of your day too.

Integrity

We firmly believe that, today, there's still a place for doing business in an honest, ethical way.

We don't lie to customers, we don't cheat them, and we don't take advantage of them. If we screw-up (which, to be honest, we occasionally do) then we're the first to put our hands up.

We adopt the McKinsey mentality:
"Engagements should only be taken when the value to the client exceeds the fee to the firm."
If you've become disillusioned with the motives of the majority of companies out there, in the same way as we have, then we should talk.

You'll be working remotely, so you need to show us how special you are from afar.

No college degree? Stay-at-home parent? Retiree? Veteran? That's fine.

But you need to be able to wow us. If you can't, don't bother applying.

Your Next Step

Don't waste your time sending us your CV

We don't want to see your CV.

Why? Because a CV is an excuse to reject you.

If a company has your CV, they can turn round and say, “Oh, but you're missing this, or you're missing that.” Two seconds later and - boom - you’re out.

As far as we're concerned, CVs belong in the trash. CVs tell us what you did yesterday, not what you can do today (or tomorrow).

If you want us to notice you, here are some suggestions:

Connect with us on a social media channel. Impress us.

Send us a video of yourself.

Show us what you can do. What you LOVE to do.

Perhaps the above is too weird for you. That's perfectly fine. We totally understand.

KEXINO is not for everyone. Perhaps you've drawn a blank as to what you should do next. In which case - sorry - but perhaps we're not right for you either.

We wish you the very best of luck in your continuing career search.
