Great article in today’s New York Times about Barack Obama’s campaign ‘electing’ to use the Gotham typeface for all their graphic material. They contend that the use of the typeface has helped amplify Brand Obama.

Don’t underestimate the power of typography within your branding materials.

Obama’s campaign didn’t.
